Memphis rapper wants $6.6 million ruling vacated

Mario Mims better known as Yo Gotti, was in a Forsyth County Courtroom earlier today asking Superior Court Judge Todd Burke to vacate a $6.6 million judgement against him.

About three weeks ago Burke awarded $6.6 million in damages to Michael Terry and local recording artist Young Fletcher, for a song that Mims reportedly appeared on but refused to sign paperwork to release. The hearing on Monday, June 24, was held to determine if the correct process to serve legal documents to the Memphis rapper were followed.
